Life Is a Time Bomb

The truth we all share, but rarely face, is this: we don’t know when it will go off. We live as though tomorrow is guaranteed—as though what happens to others could never happen to us, or at least not yet. But the clock doesn’t stop, and reality doesn’t ask permission.

At any moment, life can change. A silent illness could already be growing within us. A split-second accident could alter everything. A loved one could slip away without warning. The world as you know it—steady, familiar—can collapse in an instant.

Every second, every minute, every hour, every day, every month, every year…

Time quietly moves forward, carrying us closer to the end. Not only ours but also the moments we have with those we love most. And yet, we waste so much of it.

We waste it on grudges, on negativity, on worries that hold no value. We give it away to people who drain us and to things that bring no joy. We let it slip through our fingers, convinced there’s always more.

But one day, you’ll wish you had that time back.

So stop and ask yourself:

Why am I saving those beautiful clothes for “special occasions”?
Why does the fine china gather dust, waiting for a moment grand enough to use it?
Why do I wait for the “right time” to call someone I love, to tell them I care, to share what’s on my heart?

Why wait at all?

Life doesn’t come with guarantees. The moments you’re waiting for may never arrive. Meanwhile, time is slipping by, unnoticed and uncelebrated.

So wear the clothes. Use the dishes. Say the words. Love fiercely, forgive quickly, and let go of what doesn’t matter.

Live like you know your time is precious—because it is.

One day, you’ll look back, and you’ll realize: the smallest moments were the ones that mattered most.

Don’t waste them.
